Khelum Foundation is a registered non-profit in Sikkim dedicated to developing grassroots sports culture. We achieve this through capacity-building programs, grassroots initiatives, and strategic planning.

Grassroots Football Development

Khelum Foundation offers year-round, holistic football training for children aged 6-14 through its Grassroots Football School and inclusive tournaments via the Grassroots Playday League. These programs aim to develop skills, foster a love for the game, and promote healthy, active lifestyles.

Coach Education and Training

Through the Grassroots Coaches Community, we provide platforms for coaches to enhance their skills with AIFF accredited training, workshops, and capacity-building programs, ensuring high-quality coaching and professional growth.

Community Engagement

Our Khelum Camp and stakeholder awareness initiatives engage children, parents, and coaches in interactive, fun learning experiences. These programs aim to build a supportive community and increase participation in sports.

Grassroots Playday League(GPD)

Inclusive, age-specific football tournaments provide competitive matches designed to enhance holistic player development, emphasizing participation without selection.

Grassroots Coaches Community

A platform for coaches to connect, share knowledge, and enhance their abilities through AIFF accredited training, workshops, and capacity-building programs.

Khelum Camp

An introductory football awareness program for children, parents, and coaches, engaging the community through interactive, fun learning experiences, increasing participation and foster social skills.

Khelum Media

A local sports media house creating grassroots sports content and capturing live events to increase visibility and community engagement, supporting a sustainable sports ecosystem.
